Madisen Rose is the founder of Better Half to Whole, a platform dedicated to supporting individuals through the renegotiation of relational trauma in the nervous system. Madisen offers one on one coaching, digital resources, self-paced online courses, group programs, and Somatic Healing 101 workshops. While Madisen specializes in divorce recovery and rebuilding with intention, compassion, grit and self trust, somatic healing is universal.
Better Half to Whole came from the charge to share the healing process that happens mostly in isolation; alone with our thoughts, in the therapist's office, commuting to work and going about the day to day. The things that no one tells you about and the things that no one really sees either.
When going through separation and divorce, Madisen was sifting through the deeply personal aspects of divorce that no one could really help her with like trusting herself again, making decisions about wedding gifts, deciding to go through a name change (or not), being self conscious about grief, and so much more.
Madisen’s own pursuit of healing has included everything from somatic experiencing, talk therapy, acupuncture, and EMDR to singing bowl meditations and spirit baths. Now a nervous system and somatic practitioner, she specializes in helping clients gently renegotiate relational trauma through embodied, trauma-trained practices.
Her deep belief in the power of human connection and creative expression continues to shape her work today. Madisen is passionate about building community, supporting women, children, and families, and bridging the space between science and the sacred.
